15th Vegan Anniversary
A few months ago when someone asked me how long I've been vegan, I heard myself say 15 years. 15 years? How did that happen? It seems like yesterday that I went veggie, and that was 17 years ago. I'm almost at the tipping point of being veggie more years than not.
To celebrate, I'm throwing a 15th Anniversary bash full of good down home vegan cookin'. I'm also going to go down memory lane and write some of my vegan stories. There have been disasters and slip-ups, laughter and tears.
At the end of the day, any problem can be solved with vegan peanut butter chocolate cake from Blind Faith Cafe. But I digress...
